- Who are we actually designing for?
- Two audiences at once. CrescentRating works with the industry — destinations, hotels and tourism boards — while HalalTrip puts the same thinking in front of travelers directly. One team, two very different sets of expectations.
- What does the job look like from the inside?
- We work remotely across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Roles here widen as the category moves, so a lot of the job is working out what to do before there is a playbook for it.
- Have we figured it out yet?
- Some of it, and we say which parts on camera. What we can talk through is how we got to the calls we made, and what we would ask next time.
