Earl’s Regency Hotel is a 5-star hotel located in the hills of Kandy in Sri Lanka. This luxurious hotel has been awarded Crescent Rating of 3 based on the Halal-friendly facilities that are available for Muslim guests.
Guests have a range of choices when it comes to the accommodation options with standard, deluxe, luxury and family rooms. The other accommodation options on offer include the luxury, junior and the Mountbatten suite. Some room options also have a private jacuzzi. The interior of the rooms are spacious and brightly lit with modern, stylish furnishings and the washrooms are water-friendly too. There is free WIFI for guests and rooms are equipped with modern amenities - and there are no adult TV channels available in the accommodation.

Muslim guests will be pleased to note that Earl’s Regency Hotel is not part of a gambling resort. Guests can also request for a list of Halal restaurants in the area. Muslim guests can select vegetarian, vegan or seafood menu items after enquiring from the staff on whether pork or pork-based items or even alcohol has been used in the preparation of the meal.
The location of the hotel also provides easier access to Kandy – and the top attractions that the city has to offer such as The Temple of The Tooth Relic, Royal Botanical Gardens, Royal Palace of Kandy and the Kandy Lake too. The hotel offers a range of city tours for guests where they can get to see the attractions in Kandy.
